Game is very poorly set up in many ways, and I do understand this is a rough draft, so I'll try to be as nice as possible with where it is all going wrong...
First, the pacing. This is arguably the most important part of a VN and you are moving things way too fast without any build-up or even backstory. You leave the bedroom and then BLAM are in the school's hallway. Do you live in a dorm connected to the school - which unless you are Harry Potter is not typically a thing - or did you travel to the school from your home or on-campus dorm? Then, the MC finds panties and then has less clothing on in each frame after. No explanation as to why he removed his clothing or what he planned to do with the panties, you are just flung into being beaten. Furthermore, there is one girl who, what, just carries cock cages with her? She shoves one on you that she pulls out of nowhere. No explanation, again, as to why she carries one. What girl does that, even?
Secondly, the gameplay format. Rooms and areas are not highlighted or marked by arrows and are mostly useless. You pretty much have a linear story masked like a makeshift sandbox. Pick a format, first of all, because as a player it just is annoying clicking on 90% of things to get "nothing happened". If you haven't implemented things yet, maybe leave the useless interactions out for now? And then, it is go to the locker room, go back to the bedroom, go to the locker room, go to the bedroom, until you get to the class room. Again, very linier and moving too fast. Immersion is key.
Third, maybe some more backstory on the MC please? Why is he such a weird immature simpy creep? Clearly he is bisexual as he can practice taking things anally or performing BJs in his shower, but he acts completely hetero when out of the bedroom and is seemingly the only male in the nearly empty school.
Also, minor footnote, but the English translation needs some sprucing at a couple points, and I gave up after the first classroom and locker shower scene, so I don't know if it gets worse.
